Prof. Dr.-Ing. Steven Peters has headed the Institute of Automotive Engineering at TU Darmstadt since 2022, focusing his research on automated driving of cars and trucks as well as on circular software defined vehicles which remain value stable. Previously, he worked at Mercedes-Benz AG for over six years as Head of AI Research and was part of the Vision EQXX technology program, which created the most efficient Mercedes to date.
