2023 IEEE ITSS R8 Chapters Meeting
30th November - 1st December @Berlin
The goal for the ITSS R8 Chapters Meeting is to connect industry and academia, showcase technological innovations for intelligent transportation systems and to inspire scientist with the latest developments on topics such as: perception, SLAM, traffic modelling or high levels of vehicles’ autonomy.
In 2023, the ITSS Annual R8 Chapters Meeting will take place in Berlin, Germany, on the 30th November – 1st December.
The program for this event is coordinated by the ITSS R8 Chapters (Austrian, Cypriot, German, Italian, Spanish and Tunisian). The event will feature keynote presentations from renowned professionals, technical presentations, expert panel discussions and networking opportunities.
Please note that:
- Anyone is welcome to join the event.
- Fellowship opportunities covering travel expenses for up to $700 are available.
- The registration fee is 100€ for ITSS members, 150€ for non-ITSS members and for free for fellowship awardees.
- The registration fee covers the event attendance, food and beverages during the event.
Fellowship opportunities
The fellowship opportunity provides financial support to those interested in participating at the 2023 ITSS R8 Chapters Meeting. The goal is to engage individuals interesting in ITSS-related topics and allow them to present their work and discuss with other experts on the field.
Eligibility conditions:
- The fellowship is open to everyone.
- We value active members who are enthusiastic about participating in future ITSS events.
- Please state how you would like to share and present your work (i.e., as a short technical presentation or as a poster).
- You do not need to be an IEEE ITSS member to submit your proposal. However, if awarded with the fellowship, IEEE ITSS membership will be required.
- A special travel fellowship of $200 is available for students at German universities (at bachelor, master or PhD level). IEEE ITSS membership is not required for them.
A dedicated committee will evaluate all received applications according to the interest of the topic for the intended audience.
