Registration
Due to venue limitations, we have a limited number of registrations on a first come, first served basis.
The event registration fees include access to networking events, coffee breaks and lunches.
All registration fees are listed in USD.
Early-bird registration deadline is 30th November, with rates shown as early / late / onsite (only if places are available):
IEEE Society Member: $85 / $100 / $120
IEEE Member: $95 / $110 / $130
Non Member: $110 / $130 / $140
IEEE Student Member: $60 / $70 / $90
Student Non Member: $80 / $90 / $110
Method of payment
Registration can only be confirmed once payment is received. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
Cancellation policy
Cancellation will only be accepted until 20 November for a full refund less $15 administrative fee. Refunds for cancellations received afterwards will only made in exceptional circumstances. The name on the registration can be changed without penalty.
